Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by consumers (private individuals) via our website/online payment solution of:
- Festival tickets
- Party/social event tickets
- Courses and workshops
- Membership of the association

By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

We aim to provide clear information about price, content, date/time and any applicable fees prior to purchase.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any payment or administration fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.
Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Orders and order confirmation

Once you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The agreement becomes binding once payment has been completed and the order confirmation has been received.

5. Payment

We accept payment via: [Dankort/Visa/Mastercard/MobilePay/other].
The amount is charged when the purchase is completed.

Memberships/subscriptions:

6. Delivery (tickets and access)

Tickets and/or receipts are delivered digitally by email.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address.
Tickets are personal unless otherwise stated.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to online purchases.

Exception: Tickets for events (festivals, parties, social events, etc.) taking place on a specific date or within a specific period are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal and are therefore non-refundable.

Courses and training:
- Courses with a fixed date/period may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.
- Ongoing services may be covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Memberships purchased online are generally subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal unless the membership has been activated at your explicit request.

8. Returns

As the products are digital services, there is generally no physical return.
Any refund options will be stated in the specific event or course description.

9. Cancellation and changes

If we cancel an event or course, we will generally offer a refund or rebooking.
In case of significant changes (e.g. new date), we will inform you as soon as possible about your options.

Force majeure: We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. authority restrictions, strikes, natural disasters).

10. Complaints

If you experience any issues with delivery (e.g. missing ticket), please contact us as soon as possible.
Consumers generally have a 2-year right to complain and must submit complaints within a reasonable time.

11. Refunds

Any approved refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are normally processed within [7–14] days.

12. Misuse and resale

Commercial resale of tickets is not permitted without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to cancel tickets in case of suspected misuse or fraud.

13. Personal data

We process personal data in order to complete your purchase and administer memberships and events.

14. Complaints procedure

Please contact us first if you wish to submit a complaint at [email@domain.com].
If we cannot reach an agreement, the case may be submitted to relevant consumer complaint bodies.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
